Barrier Foil
Heavy or uniquely shaped equipment and materials often suffer from exposure to moisture, oxygen, and contaminants during storage and transit, causing damage, corrosion, and compromising equipment performance.
Our custom-made, heat-sealed, aluminium foil 3D barrier bags, provide a robust shield against these threats. Capable of withstanding vacuum packing, they effectively extend the lifespan of your equipment and protect your products during handling and transit.
Custom Foam Inserts

Shock and Tilt Sensors

These sensors, which can be attached directly to your goods or their packaging, detect and record any impact or mishandling that occurs during transportation.
Desiccant Packs

We provide desiccant packs, designed to work alongside our barrier foil packaging, to actively absorb any residual or incoming moisture to maintain optimal conditions. Printing
CrateTec has transitioned from stenciling and now provides professional printing of part numbers, text, or logos using a high-definition handheld printer.
In addition, we print all our ISPM 15 marks, ensuring a clear and detailed finish that other marking technologies cannot achieve.
